The journey of Procure To Pay VMS began not in a boardroom, but from a common, costly problem that strikes at the heart of efficiency. One of our founders experienced first-hand the frustrations and financial pitfalls of a disconnected procurement process when a key supplier was inadvertently paid twice due to a lack of centralized visibility and manual tracking. Human errors in manual processes are inevitable, but when it comes to managing spending, these errors can be expensive for the business.

This incident wasn't just an accounting error; it was a symptom of a larger systemic challenge: the reliance on inefficient spreadsheets and back-and-forth emails to manage critical vendor relationships. Its difficult to discover and track information buried in spreadsheets and email, and it became clear that there was a profound need for a solution that could bring buyers and suppliers onto a single, collaborative platform, offering everyone a 360-visibility.

We started working on Procure To Pay VMS in early 2020 with a clear initial challenge: to develop a product that was simple to adopt, yet powerful enough to solve the core problem of disjointed vendor management and procurement costs.
